Pain out of nowhere?!?!?!

Walao A, I don't even know what happen to me right now, my back is totally suffering and pain like being beaten up the whole last night!! I don't know what's going on and what's wrong with my body right now, just felt very pain and I can even feel pain when I breath! It was too dangerous for me to drive just now from college go back to home including helping my family doing this and that. It is so suffering right now...what happen....????
