Revealed of my sickness

I just went to the clinic for the first checkup, it was so shock once I heard what the doctor told me.

I have HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE, and the pressure is 140/90. The doctor said it is consider serious and a bit danger because I am just 19 years old young guy, non smoker, non drinker, but still I have such a high blood pressure, not every one have this sickness.
